Please pay close attention to the complex specific warm up rules at the end of the Coaches’ Packet.
** Note: do not use spikes in any batting cages - use turf shoes or tennis shoes instead.

Please be sure to check your schedule before coming to Florida and the day before your games to be sure nothing is changed. Do not refer to any other schedule (old, online, another school, etc.).
TSG App ** NEW **
Please delete the old TSG App from your phone - it is no longer live.
Our app is a Google AppSheet product that syncs directly with our scheduling software. You cannot download it from the AppStore but you are able to “install” it as an app on your phone using the link provided, above.
We use the app version of this product and enjoy it. We find it to be simple and effective. Next year, we hope to have a white label “app” based on the performance of this product this year.
Please be patient with us as we continue to test new products and solutions to make THE Spring Games the best it can be!

TSG will provide bat stickers for the event. Bat testing must be completed prior to your first game and the stickers are good for the duration of the Event. Be sure to bring enough bat lists for each day you play; umpires will sign off on each day’s list.
Every team must bring:

Bat List (see Bat Testing Procedures for details)
Please refer to the TSG Bat Testing Protocols for helpful tips on how to organize your bat list and how to mark your bats to make bat testing go faster. Teams who are not prepared may be postponed to allow other teams who are prepared to get their testing done in a timely manner.

Our agreement with the Fastpitch TV Network is exclusive and no other streaming service is permitted to stream the Games.

There will be no “pass list” at the gate. All persons entering the complex (other than players and coaches in school uniform entering as a team) must have a ticket of some kind. “VIP” personnel will enter with tickets from our ticketing store (online) at www.THESpringGames.com.
Discount codes cannot be used at the gate. PRO TIP: share the code with the persons you want to have it - do not order the tickets yourself or you will have to manage sharing the QR codes with the individuals.

We will be handing out cards at plate meetings with a QR code for the Umpire Evaluations.
We have also hired additional staff (umpire trainers/evaluators/NCAA evaluators) to help ensure the best experience for both teams and umpires.

Teams who register for 2026 before February 26, 2025 will enjoy a $50 registration fee in honor of Coach Marge Ricker, who first ran the Rebel Games in 1976.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
THE Spring Games is not a “stay to play” event; however, we do ask that teams stay in the County where they are playing. By staying in the County where your team is playing, we are better able to promote park improvements and renovations. There are plenty of affordable housing options within 30 minutes of each of the complexes mentioned, above.
We work with a long list of housing providers that we have vetted to provide quality and affordable housing to our teams. They do a great job of helping teams find housing options in their budgets. Regardless of how you book your housing, please pay close attention to your venues (based on your Division) so you know where to book your housing and be sure to mention THE Spring Games when you book for the best deal! Please note that we no longer work with Spring Break Sports.
